We're all packed up and headed out for some camping. Yay! But I thought I'd pop in and share a little weekend bbq inspiration in case you find yourself in need.
bacon-wrapped shrimp kabobs (just thread bacon around the shrimp on a skewer in an over/under type fashion)

Yesterday was our first day trip up to the lake:
Oh how I love that boy; how I love those hills, that crystal turquoise water! I love my new beach hat, and rose lemonade. I love my feet dangling off the dock; my sons poochy belly. I love sand in my toes, sun in my eyes, and a quiet little hum in my heart. Oh how I love.
